About Mörk Chocolate

Mörk Chocolate started in Melbourne in 2012 with a simple idea: hot chocolate deserved the same care and attention given to specialty coffee. Inspired by Melbourne’s coffee culture, the team created their first Mörk hot chocolate blend with a focus on quality, flavour and knowing where their ingredients came from. What began with one blend has grown into a range of specialty hot chocolates, drinking chocolates and bean-to-bar chocolate.

For Mörk, great chocolate is about more than what ends up in your cup. They care about traceability - knowing where their ingredients come from, how they are produced and the people involved along the way. Mörk personally sources ingredients and works directly with independent producers around the world, with a focus on ethical and sustainable trade and supporting smaller producers. Some of their chocolate products are also Organic and Fair Trade Certified.
