The leaves can be enjoyed in soups, salads and stir-fries, or pickled, while the roots, shoots, stems and leaves can all be used.

How to Grow

Soil 

Prepare a free-draining, moderately fertile soil and add compost before planting. Mustard 'Lime Streaks' can tolerate a range of soil types.

Position

Full sun but will benefit from shading in warm weather as it can bolt to seed.

How to Plant

Sow directly into your patch at a depth of about 1cm. Thin out once they have germinated, which should take approximately 10 days.
