Frame size (horizontal) and ideal artwork size:
(Tip - choose to suit the width of your artwork, the length can be anything.)
- A5-6"- 15cm for A5 portrait orientation or 5-6 inch wide artwork.
- A4-8"- 22cm for A4 portrait, A5 landscape, 8" or 8.5" wide artwork.
- A3-11"- 30cm for A3 portrait, A4 landscape, or 11" wide artwork.
Corner Block Studio was born on a corner block in Meanjin/Brisbane, Australia in 2015, founded by designer and maker Natalie Lane. What began with the original Book Frame design has grown into a thoughtfully curated collection of high-quality homewares crafted to last a lifetime. Rooted in strong personal values, the studio celebrates original design, careful craftsmanship, and environmentally responsible production.
Proudly made in Australia, each frame is handcrafted in Meanjin/Brisbane using recycled Australian hardwoods and sustainably sourced Queensland Hoop Pine. By reclaiming timber from decommissioned buildings and working with responsibly managed plantations, Corner Block Studio helps protect native forests while showcasing the natural beauty and character of Australian wood.
Committed to ethical and sustainable materials, the studio uses 100% cotton cord (including recycled cotton options) and innovative vegan leather made from FSC-certified cellulose fibres and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials.
