Experience deep, savoury flavour with Sporadical City Mushroom’s Smoked Mushroom Broth. Slow-simmered with locally grown mushrooms and naturally smoked ingredients.
A delicately smoked mushroom broth powder that’s packed with flavour and nutrition. Add to hot water for an instant soup, or sprinkle over salads, meat or vegetable dishes for an instant umami boost. Delicious and simply powdered Lions Mane and Oyster Mushrooms cold smoked on applewood with a pinch of sea salt. Just add a teaspoon of the broth powder to a cup of hot water for a fine cleansing broth on its own. It's also with a delicious addition to miso soup and adds to the richness of soups, stocks and risottos. Adding a spoonful to your brown rice when its cooking enhances its nutritional benefits and brings a sweet nuttiness to the dish.
To use: Add 1 tsp per 1 cup of water.
