If the product is found to be faulty a full credit will be issued, providing the product’s condition is clean and unwashed and in original packaging. Contact must be made via email supplying reason for return before items are returned and details of invoice number must be included. If you haven't picked up the parcel and it got sent back to us, we give a 100% refund for the product excluding shipping. Generally, all products will be dispatched within the same day, unless it is a special order or it is our day off.
We will always attempt to deliver a product within the estimated period . If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.
