The spider plant has attractive green with white leaves in a graceful raised position. The Chlorophytum Ocean is a very strong plant and is easy to maintain. It is a favourite for many people. This plant can tolerate both sun and shade. Give it plenty of water in the warmer months, a smaller amount of water is sufficient in the colder months. Chlorophytum Vittatum is native to tropical and southern regions of Africa.
How to care:
-Requires bright, indirect light. While it will tolerate some shade; this will slow its growth-rate and it may lose its stripes. Avoid direct sunlight.
-Keep it well-watered, aiming for lightly moist soil throughout the growing season. Less water is needed in the winter.

- Spider Plants can tolerate drier air, but prefer rooms with higher humidity.
- Chlorophytum Vittatum is fast growing, and usually reaches an ultimate height of around 60cm.
