Use & Care
Hold the rod vertically on a chopping board or non slip surface.
Place the knife blade at a 15 to 20° angle against the rod.
Gently draw the knife down and across the rod, from heel to tip.
Repeat 3 to 5 times on each side of the blade.
Wipe the blade clean before use.
Wipe rod clean after each use with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Store in a dry place. Occasionally rub with a light food-safe oil to protect the rod.
