Spathiphyllum peace lily

The Spathiphyllum, also known as the Peace Lily is a fantastic indoor plant, one of the most popular. It likes to be kept nice and moist and in low to bright indirect light. They will tell you when they need watering as they will start drooping as soon as water is needed. Native to tropical regions of the Americas.

How to care:

- Water the soil regularly but not excessively. Peace lilies can survive dry soil for short periods of time, but if left alone for too long, their leaves will turn brown.

-They like high humidity. Misting their leaves or placing their pot atop a moistened tray of gravel can help to increase humidity around it. 

- Keep these plants out of direct afternoon sunlight, but in a bright, well-lit area. If no flowers are appearing, the plant is not getting enough light.
